Construction and completion of 1037 build only Social Housing Villa Units on Island 14 Al Madina Al Shamalia, Bahrain.

There are four villa types, three two storey and one with disability access. Each two storey villa is 220 m² with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, majlis, maid’s room, laundry and double garage.

All Villas comply with Ministry of Housing standards and are designed for future expansion.

The Public Private Partnership (PPP), a first for the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC region, involves the development of more than 2,800 social and affordable housing units in two strategic locations: Al Madina Al Shamaliya (also known as the North Bahrain New Town) and Al Luwzi. It is the largest housing project ever to be developed in Bahrain in partnership with the private sector, and is expected to set a new benchmark for housing projects across the MENA region.
